are PC Maintenance business hours? |
| Our
telephone support is available between 9am to 8pm Monday
to Friday and 9am to 2pm Saturday. The online e-mail is
a 24 hour service but you will only receive replies during
the above hours. ( We will be going 24/7 within 2 months) |

| What is the cost to talk to a technical support agent? |
| All
support calls cost just £1.00 per minute on our 09066
40 63 63 number. We have found that the average call time
for support is around 7 minutes. |

| What if I am unable to solve my problem by telephone support?
|
| You
may dispatch your pc to our workshop and have it repaired
at a FIXED FEE of £39.99p (excluding any parts if required
and carriage) if parts are required you will be informed
and only on your approval we will commence with the repair. |

| What if my computer problem requires me to purchase new hardware or a new computer? |
| PC
Maintenance.co.uk concentrates on fixing computer problems and
does not sell computers or parts, we can suggest different
resellers and even schedule a time to install your new
hardware. |

| What methods of payment do you accept?
|
| For
Telephone Technical support you will be charged by your
telephone company on your bill charged at £1 per minute,
for any repairs sent in to us you can use any major credit
card. |
